FNL presents Red Ribbon Week

Do you like In-N-Out?? Please participate in Friday Night Live's Natural High Social Media Campaign during Red Ribbon Week, October 24th-28th and be entered for a chance to win an In-N-Out Gift Card. 


In order to participate, take a picture of yourself engaging in your "natural high" and email your picture to riolindafnl@gmail.com with your name and grade level. These pictures will be posted to the FNL instagram page (@rlhs_friday_night_live) throughout Red Ribbon Week and a winner will be announced on Tuesday, November 1st. In order to be considered, pictures must be school appropriate* and show you engaging in an activity that makes you happy or feel a "natural high". For examples please visit the Natural High Campaign


Also, please participate in other Red Ribbon Week activities during lunch throughout the week of October 24th-28th.

Take the Pledge

Visit the FNL table at lunch to take the Drug Free Pledge, and add your name to the banner of Rio Linda Students that agree to be drug free.

Tuesday 10/25

Don't Get Mixed Up

Wear mixed matched socks to show you won't get "mixed up" with drugs. Visit the FNL table at lunch while wearing your mixed matched socks for a red treat.

Wednesday 10/26

Emphysema Sucks

Visit the FNL table at lunch to learn what it feels like to breath with emphysema.

Thursday 10/27

The cost of smoking

The average smoker spends $2,500 a year on cigarettes. What would you do with $2,500? Visit the FNL table at lunch to share how you would spend this money.

Friday 10/28

Natural High Day

What do you do that makes you happy? Visit the FNL table at lunch to learn some alternative to drugs to create a natural high.
