RLHS Mission and Vision

Our Mission

To provide students with the opportunity to graduate with a quality education and enter the world as productive citizens and life long learners.

Our Vision

Rio Linda High School will simultaneously prepare the students for the world of work and higher education.

Expected Schoolwide Learning Results

Rio Linda High School will prepare its students to be:

  • Responsible Citizens
  • Effective Communicators
  • Academic Achievers
  • Life-Long Learners

Drop Off and Pick up

As most of you are aware, RLHS made some changes to pick up and drop off procedures for the safety of the students and to create access for first responders in high traffic times.

Traffic Concerns:

Student safety is our number one priority in all areas of our school's function.  With that in mind, we have made the following changes to pick up/drop-off.

  • After school no entry into the driveway in front of the main office.
  • Before school and after school, we are creating a drop off circle in the rear of campus near the pool area to allow all traffic to flow smoothly in areas with less student foot traffic near moving cars.
  • The stadium is a larger alternative location that may be utilized for dropoff/pickup.

Also, be advised that if you are parked in a Red Zone you may be ticketed.

Please follow these procedures to keep our students safe.
