ECMC College Resource Night

RLHS is hosting an ECMC College Night on Thursday, October 30th for juniors, seniors and their families in the large gym.


This event is a way for students and their families to learn about going to college, including understanding why college is important, choosing the right college, paying for college, searching for scholarships and avoiding scholarship scams.


Schedule of the Events


5:30 pm Sign-In and register for scholarship drawing
6:00 pm FREE Pizza and Drinks!
6:30  to 8:00 pm Guest speakers, RLHS Counselors, Presentation on college selection, funding, and success strategies for college
8:00 pm Three $500 scholarships will be awarded to RLHS students! (must be present to win!)

MASCOT Program

America River College MASCOT Program:A group of counselors from ARC are collaborating with our counseling team to offer qualifying seniors the benefits of the Making All School and Career Opportunities Transpire (MASCOT) Program. The purpose of the program is to support a successful transition for seniors who plan on attending ARC next year. ARC counselors will provide several workshops on topics including self-esteem, financial aid, career development, English/Math assessments, academic goals, and ARC services and programs.
