This week is National Breakfast week. Everyday we will be picking 5 names to recieve a snack and a drink. Thursday’s winners are:Mai Her, Johnny Henry, Jonathan Pimentel, Justin Jones, Zoey Parks Today’s winners are: Mez Maryah Banks, Jeremiah Brent, Charlie Yang, Alexis Ruiz Esparza, Juliet Lao Congratulations to all the winners this week.

Are you interested in attending an exciting week long summer school class on a college campus?
Sacramento State University, is offering exciting, challenging and intriguing classes through their Academic Talent Search program. Offered are such classes as: Engineering, Forensic Science, Criminal Law, 3D Design, Photography, Dance, Acting and Cartooning.

Our girls varsity soccer team won 1-0. Gabby Hernandez increased her goal scorning total to 3. The JV team lost 3-0 in a valiant effort. Both soccer teams need to go to G1, Mr. Moreno's classroom at 3:00pm today. We will have practice after our meeting.
There is a home swim meet today at 4pm. The meet is against Foothill, Center, and Grant High School. Come support your Knights at their first meet of the season!
All athletes on a JV contract, be sure to check in with Ms. Graf in D-5 by today.
Attention all Rio Linda Knights, Tonight is our annual Powderpuff game ! Our home team is made up of the Seniors and Freshmen & our away team is made up of the Juniors & Sophomores. Come out and support our Lady knights at 7pm . Admission is only 2$ .
There will be a football meeting TODAY for all levels in room S10 during both lunches in room S10. Show up to the meeting during your lunch time for some information about upcoming events.
Seniors- Your Jostens graduation products wil be delivered on Wednesday the 12th during lunch. You can also purchase your caps and gowns.
Juniors- Come by and look at the class rings and other items available, if you order a class ring you will get a free cap and gown- Look for the Jostens table by the castle!!
Wednesday you got to see Mr. Meyers get pied in the face! Mr. Holcomb raised $49.93 and Mr. Meters raised $11.99 for a grand total of $61.92 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! Don’t stop now! There are Pennies for Patients boxes in ALL of your classrooms so be generous. Last year we raised $410.36 and we hope to raise even more this year. Next Wednesday, there will be another exciting game, so bring your extra change… or cash. You’ll be glad you did!
