Announcements for Wednesday, October 29th

Seniors, November 6 is the deadline for the December SAT test.  November 7th is the deadline for the December ACT test.  These are the last test dates you can send to your 4 year college so make sure you sign up if you haven’t done so.  Fee Waivers are available if you qualify.  Go to room E10 for more information.  Also, Mr. Rauschkolb will be holding SAT Prep every Monday and Wednesday after school in W-5 until the SAT date in December.



Juniors and Seniors!!  The ASVAB sign-up sheet is ready and waiting for you!!!  So, come to the Counseling office before or after school or at lunch to sign up!!!



Attention Link Leaders! There is a meeting today during lunch in room D-9. You must be present if you want to be part of the group photo for yearbook.



Rio Linda High School is looking for Poets to compete in the Poetry Out Loud Competition

Come to the meeting today during lunch in W-5 to meet with Mr. Rauschkolb and Mr. Cummings to find out more information.

The competition will be run differently this year and is open to all students. 

There is no cost to participate.

 Don't miss this chance to immerse yourself in the spoken word of poetry.



GSA members come directly to S5 today at lunch to move our Halloween gram display out

Hey Knights- The Hmong club will be hosting a Halloween Party on October 30th.  Tickets will be sold in the student center and are $6.00 each.  There will be snacks and drinks for sale.  Remember your costume, and we hope to see you all there.




Dress code expectations for tomorrow are as any other day. No body parts should be exposed, all clothing must not depict images or slogans not appropriate for school, and no masks will be allowed. If your clothing is or becomes a distraction to instruction or behavior, or is deemed inappropriate, you will be required to change into school appropriate clothing. 



Attention Seniors- Mo Her from Sac State will be here both lunches on Monday to help sign you up for College! Come to the Library at lunch time to take advantage of this opportunity! This is a great chance to get the best help possible! 


Also, UC Irvine is coming on November 12th- please sign up in the counseling office- we can have the first 70 that sign up only!”
