Announcements for Friday, October 24th

Seniors, November 6 is the deadline for the December SAT test.  November 7th is the deadline for the December ACT test.  These are the last test dates you can send to your 4 year college so make sure you sign up if you haven’t done so.  Fee Waivers are available if you qualify.  Go to room E10 for more information

 

 

Mr. Rauschkolb will be holding SAT Prep every Monday and Wednesday after school in W-5 until the SAT date in December.

 

 

 

Juniors and Seniors!!  The ASVAB sign-up sheet is ready and waiting for you!!!  So, come to the Counseling office before or after school or at lunch to sign up!!!

 

 

 

Rio Linda High School is looking for Poets to compete in the Poetry Out Loud Competition

Come to the meeting on October 29 in room W-5 to meet with Mr. Rauschkolb and Mr. Cummings to find out more information.

The competition will be run differently this year and is open to all students. 

There is no cost to participate.

 Don't miss this chance to immerse yourself in the spoken word of poetry.

 

 

 

There is a girls rugby meeting tomorrow the 25th at 10am in the Castle for all players that are interested in trying out.

Hello Students who drive,

We are having construction in pool and tennis court area for the next few months. Please do not park in this parking lot area starting Monday Oct. 27th. Use the stadium parking lot or S-wing on Dry Creek for parking. Inform your parents we do not want you dropped off in this area. Drop zones are in front of the bus ramp on Elkhorn and in front of the main office on Dry Creek.

 

 

 

The Green Club is meeting today after school in D-6.  We are planning the years' events, so make sure to be there! GO GREEN!

 

 

 

Friday Night Live will be meeting in room S9 after school on Monday!  See you there! 

 

 

 

 

Winter Physicals are next Tuesday, October 28, at 3:30  in V4, and the following Tuesday, November 4 at 3:30 p.m. in V4

 

Bring $10.00 cash and a completed Athletic Packet.

 

 

 

Next week is the Reality Fair provided by SAFE Credit union. All Seniors will be Participating! Econ classes will be participating on Tuesday October 28th and all Government classes will be participating on Thursday October 30th. Please stop by D-2 today at lunch to receive a pass out of class to attend the Reality Fair.
